Study shows social media recruiting to grow in 2010
A recent study from Previsor, a human capital research and assessment company, shows that the use of social media will grow in the coming year.
Seventy percent of organizations asked said they plan to use social media to recruit. However, half arer unsure if the efforts will be effective. Only 24% of companies agree that social media websites have a large impact on talent management.
These numbers are a great deal larger than what was seen by similar studies just one year ago.
